WARNING: Trance is
a skill, like piano playing. If you want to get good results, you have to
start with the basics. CDs 1 and 2 are good for learning trance, and CD16
for deepening it. Then train with CD3 for at least 2 weeks daily before
going to more advanced CDs. If you're not sure what you need, ASK,
and tell Me what result you want. Those who say "it doesn't work!"
are usually trying advanced CDs without having learned to go into trance
in the first place. No one can play mozart on their first music lesson.
Some very analytical people also need a phone or online session
to learn to go into trance before being able to use CDs fully.

To use these CDs, you need to be able to visualize vivid images. Medium Level: Track 2 of Elegance sets up triggers words used
in Male Charm, and Vixen uses a more advanced version of those triggers,
so it's best to train with Elegance before using CD4 or 10. Beginner Level: If you're not going as deeply into trance as you'd like with the Medium level ones, you should try some of the Beginner level ones, particularly Trance Training. You do not need any skill at visualizing to use beginner level CDs, but using Trance Training will help you develop this skill. CDs without links have not yet been released |

Before going to bed. If you listen before going to bed or when very tired, chances are you will simply fall asleep, and get only minimal effect from the CD. See Frequently Asked Questions. If you don't wake up when the CD tells you to wake up, chance are you have been sleeping.
While driving a car (VERY DANGEROUS!), cooking, operating any kind of machinery, or when you need to pay attention to something.
When you can be undisturbed for the whole length of the CD. Plan it in the same way you would plan taking a nap. You wouldn't consider taking a nap while driving, would you? Or napping while a pot of water is set to boil, right? Both would be dangerous. Do it smart, and live to trance another day...
Some people like to play hypnosis CDs on a loop while they sleep, and some get results from it. The time when they can have some effect is during REM (dreaming) sleep. It's less effective than when awake, but you can always try it for yourself if you want.
For greatest effects, CDs should be listened to at least once a day. If you find the effects are too strong, just listen to them less often. The strength of CDs lies in repetition. The more often you think in a certain way, the more natural it becomes for you to think that way, and the more it becomes who you are.
No matter how good a hypnotic recording is, it's never as good as a session with a live hypnotist, whether it's in person, on the phone, or online. That's because a good hypnotist adapts to the person at every moment as they lead them into trance, and incorporates their specific reactions into the induction.
I've had many clients come to Me saying "I can't be hypnotized", when all they had ever tried were recordings. And they proceeded to go very deeply into trance with an online chat session. Hypnosis is a relationship between a hypnotist and a subject, just like seduction is a relationship.
Some people can be seduced by a person's stories, some by their pictures, some by their recorded voice.
Some by a chat with the person, some with a phone conversation, and some need to actually be in person to be seduced.
And this is why, as good as I think these hypnosis recordings are, I can't guarantee they will work for you. I've done My best to give the illusion of interaction with these CDs, which is helped by most of them being recordings of live sessions. If you are not satisfied with the results after listening to them daily for two weeks, you can send them back for a full refund, or send them back and use your credits towards an actual session with Me.
NOTE: I am currently recording phone hypnosis sessions that are of general interest for making marketable CDs. If you agree to that and are taking phone sessions, you can receive a free recording of your session. The first one or two sessions are just basic training though, so only starting around session 2 or 3 does this become a possibility.
